Welcome to CrikTracker. By creating an account or using the app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country.
2. Acceptable use & user content
You are responsible for the content you submit — including league, team, and player names, photos, documents, news posts, and registration details — and you must have the right to share it.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post or upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, or that infringes others' rights, and you may not impersonate or abuse other users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
3. Reporting & moderation
If you see objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it from within the app (More → Help & Support → Report a concern) or email support@criktracker.com with details. We review reports and act on them — removing content and/or removing the responsible users — promptly, typically within 24 hours. In addition, league administrators control membership of their own leagues and can approve or remove players.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Edit profile → Delete account in the app. Deletion removes your personal details and disables sign-in.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scores, statistics, or other data are accurate or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrikTracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We will post the new effective date here.
