How do I reset my password?
On the Login screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your account email, and we'll send a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam / junk folder.
I didn't get my verification email.
Verification links can take a minute to arrive and sometimes land in spam / junk. You can resend the link from the verify-email prompt in the app. Creating a league and registering as a player require a verified email.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No — you can browse public leagues, fixtures, and standings without signing in. An account is only needed to create or manage a league, register as a player, or score a match.
How do I create a league or score a match?
Sign in, tap Create league (or Create practice for a quick game), add teams and players, then open a match to score ball-by-ball with built-in T20 rules.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open your profile menu → Edit profile → Delete account. You'll confirm and re-enter your password, and we permanently remove your personal details and disable your sign-in. You can also email support@criktracker.com to request deletion.
How do I report objectionable content or an abusive user?
In the app, go to More → Help & Support → Report a concern, or email support@criktracker.com with details. We review reports and act on them — removing content and/or users — promptly, typically within 24 hours.
